Program Description

Our Teens CrossFit program in Listowel is tailored for youth ages 11–15 who want to build strength, confidence, and athleticism in a fun and structured environment. 


We emphasize proper movement, injury prevention, and discipline—whether your teen is brand new to fitness or training for sports.
